A new stain, missing shingles or a recurring leak is worth a closer look. Roof coverings, flashing, valleys, vents and other openings can all be part of the assessment. A photo of the problem is a useful starting point.
A roof problem does not automatically mean a full replacement. If a focused repair can address the cause, we explain that option. If the roof condition points to a larger scope, we explain why.

A completed San Antonio repair
