Shingle Roof Repairs in San Antonio

Barnes N’ Roofs completed a roof tune-up and focused shingle repairs at this San Antonio home in August 2026. The work covered damaged shingles, roof vents and a leaking roof-to-wall area.

What the repair covered

The repair scope included replacing damaged shingles in local areas, replacing three vents showing signs of leaking and addressing deteriorated decking at the affected areas. Work along the wall included inspecting and repairing flashing and damaged decking, with kick-out flashing installed at one roof-edge junction. A roof-jack vent was also included in the replacement scope.

The roof tune-up included securing lifted shingles with roofing adhesive, sealing around vents and exposed fasteners, and resecuring lifted vent flashing. These were repairs to specific roof details, so the existing roof and its condition remained part of the assessment.
