Two repair areas, one coordinated scope
Barnes N’ Roofs completed targeted repairs at the front roof edge and a roof-to-wall connection on this San Antonio home in October 2026. The work addressed roofing and adjacent wood components within the agreed repair areas.
Front roof-edge repairs
The front-edge work included tile, decking, fascia and soffit repairs, along with approximately 35 linear feet of 1x3 trim and 2x8 fascia.
Roof-to-wall repairs
The second repair area included decking, flashing, siding and 1x4 trim at the roof-to-wall connection. Disturbed tiles were restored, repaired surfaces were painted to match, and repair debris was removed.
