This Bulverde repair addressed the valley and wall junction on an exposed-fastener 5V metal roof. Opening the affected area allowed us to repair the layers beneath the panels in April 2025.
What we repaired
Removed metal panels and valley flashing around the affected junction.
Repaired deteriorated decking and replaced the headwall and valley flashing.
Installed underlayment, valley protection, replacement 5V panels and new gasketed fasteners.
